Ziv Riezman has defined back at 1998, the need for a Holistic CRM suite that
will capture the organization’s management concept and culture and forge them
into the CRM processes to ensure smooth acceptation by the organization’s
employees and partners. This concept was innovative at that time as well as
today. It was a 1800 turn from the traditional CRM systems that have forced the
organization to painfully adopt a pre defined set of processes that have very
little to do with what the organization needed than and still need today. Based
on this understanding and backed by his vast knowledge and experience in big
databases as well as CRM consultant and integrator, Ziv has characterized the
architecture of his vision, the CEMax CRM Suite and is leading CEMax since then.
Before establishing CEMax, Ziv was an independent consultant for 6 years and

Yigal
Efrati owns two major areas of expertise, marketing and finance management and
brings this multidisciplinary view to add business awareness to the marketing
process.
Prior
to his position in CEMax Yigal was a Solution Sales Professional at Microsoft in
Redmond specializing in the area of software licensing and protection. Yigal has
also worked as a controller in several departments in the Israel Aircraft
industries.Yigal
has 35 years of experience as controller and as a sales & marketing manager and
holds a B.A in Economics.
