CEMax offers a cost effective, easy to manage, mail delivery system that allows the organization’s subscribers to receive Information Packages by a variety of delivery channels, to predefined addresses at a selected time. The addressees may be the organization’s customers, employees, or any other element that requires information. An addressee has to be registered as a subscriber.
Every registration for specific Information Package (content, mean of delivery, address, time and frequency), is considered as a subscription and every subscriber may own as many subscription packages as he wishes. Information Package may contain one or many “Data Items” meaning a Data entity combined of a collection of data fields as appears in the Data Base.
he information that is included in the “Data Item” can
be filtered by parameters like bank account, date, gender,
location, etc. The filters can be fixed or dynamic.
Each
Data entity is attributed to the file type it can be presented
by like:
* Word
* Text
* HTML Attachments, HTML
* PDF
These file types are attributed in the Back office
to various delivery channels.
The channels that are supported
by the system are:
* eMail
* Mail
* Fax
* SMS
For example, via SMS one can only Data Item that are defined
as TEXT. History
* With every delivery the system will
back up the delivered files in a pre defined directory and
set the next delivery date. The delivery history can be
displayed.
* Each day a log file for that working day
is created. This file documents all working processes for
DRP purposes
